When troubleshooting "Sent-Geo" service disruptions, follow these steps:
1) Check if data transmission is enabled in the "Sent-Geo" module:
2) If the module is enabled, check if you see any warning messages such as:
"Note! Object is outside Poland - no data is being sent to SENT-GEO".
This means the object is outside the service area and no charges apply.
If you receive this message while in Poland, check the object's location in the "Trust Track" system.
If the object's location is incorrect and there is no apparent reason (e.g., a physical device issue), contact our technical support team.
"Unknown device! No data is being delivered to SENT-GEO, make sure this GPS device ID is regiatered with SENT-GEO system".
If you see this message, log in to your PUESC account.
If you haven't registered yet, do so at: PUESC Registration.
If you are already registered, verify that all data in the PUESC system has been entered correctly.
If the problem persists after verifying the data, report the issue to our support team and also contact PUESC support for further assistance in identifying the root cause.
