If you encounter issues with the “E-Toll” road system or receive a system notification regarding road toll payment problems:
We recommend physically checking the condition of the device and verifying the data in the “Trust Track” and “PUESC” systems.
Possible causes of E-Toll payment disruptions:
A) Physical malfunctions:
1) Device connectivity issues:
Check whether the device shows frequent blinking (more than once per second) of the GSM/satellite connection indicator lights:
Rare or absent blinking signals indicate a connectivity issue.
If connectivity issues occur, check the physical location of the device to ensure it is not in a low-signal area or obstructed by other objects, walls, or panels.
Disconnect other devices in the vehicle that might interfere with the device’s signal (FM modulators, Bluetooth devices).
If there is an issue with the antenna, check its condition and connections.
If connectivity issues persist, coordinates will not be sent frequently enough. Data transmission delays increase the risk of receiving a fine for late submission of data to the "E-Toll" road system.
2) The device has no power:
Check whether the device displays any activity through blinking indicator lights.
If no activity is visible, check the device’s condition, connections, and power source.
You can also monitor the equipment’s power voltage, GSM, and other indicator statuses in your "Trust Track" account under the fleet summary or in the “Analyze by coordinates” section by selecting the relevant parameters:

B) Incorrect device registration in the “PUESC” system:
